MasterControl was founded in 1993 as a document control solution provider. Since that time, the company has grown significantly.
Today, MasterControl provides a full line of industry specific quality and compliance software solutions and services to hundreds of satisfied customers worldwide. Our offerings enable regulated companies to accelerate compliance and get to market faster while reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Customer success is the core value on which we base our entire business operating philosophy. We take great pride in our innovative solutions, but we take even greater pride in helping some of the most trusted, well respected leaders in the life sciences and manufacturing industries put that innovation to work throughout their organisations. At present, more than 800 customers, with more than 1,000 customer sites and nearly 1,000,000 users worldwide rely on MasterControl to help them deliver their lifesaving products to more people sooner.
I began working at MasterControl in 2014 as a Technical Support Engineer. Providing customer support for the main product as well as being the only member of the team to support a still widely used legacy application.
In 2016 I was promoted to Technical Account Manager, providing the same high level of support as previously given on the front line team but now being dedicated to some of the companies largest customers in the European region. Providing a complete premium support offering to ensure the customer success and satisfaction, being the customer's advocate within MasterControl and making sure the customers are making the most from their investment into MasterControl.
